New Patients

We are pleased that you are considering us as your primary health care provider.  Here are a few important items to remember when first scheduling your appointment with us.

In order to become a new patient, you will need to acquire a UNC Health Care Medical Record number.  To do this you will need to call the UNC Customer Call Center locally at (919) 966-1234 or toll free at (866) 595-3175 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday thru Friday.

Once you have a UNC medical record number, please call our office at (919) 960-7461 to request an appointment.  We will schedule you as soon as possible.  Please bring your insurance card, any current medications you are taking to your first visit.
