Prescription Refill

Please call or visit your pharmacy first. They will fax us the request for your prescriptions. 

If you are unable to contact your pharmacy first, please call our office at (919) 775-8183 and leave a message.

Please leave us the following information:

1.  The proper spelling of the patient's first and last name
2.  The birth date of the patient
3.  The name of the patient's medication

Expect to have your prescription called in within three (3) working days. Please be aware some prescriptions may take longer to refill if your insurance requires pre-authorization, or you may require an appointment with our medical providers.

Nurse Advice

Please call our office at (919) 775-8183 and one of our nurses will assist you.  Our regular office hours are from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. - 3 a.m. except holidays.
