Prescription Refills & Nursing Advice

Prescription Refill

 

Please call or visit your pharmacy first. They will fax us the request for your prescriptions. 

If you are unable to contact your pharmacy first, please call our office at (919) 718-9512 and leave a message with your provider's nurse.

Please leave us the following information:

  1.  The proper spelling of your  first and last name
  2.  Your date of birth 
  3.  The name of the medication you are taking

 

Please be aware some prescriptions require time to refill if your insurance requires pre-authorization, or you may require an appointment with your pediatrician.  Most prescriptions are filled within one business day.  Some prescriptions can not be renewed by telephone.

Nurse Advice

 

Please call us at (919) 718- 9512 and ask for the triage nurse line. 

If you are unable to speak with someone from our nursing staff, please leave us a message.  We will contact you either on the same business day or by the very next business day depending upon the urgency of the medical question.

If you are leaving a message please leave us the following information: 

  1. The proper spelling of your first and last name  
  2. Your date of birth
  3. A brief description of your medical question
