We are very glad you are considering us as your primary health care office. Here are a few important items to remember when first scheduling your appointment with us.

Contact our Customer Call Center for a UNC Health Care Medical Record Number locally at (919) 966-1234 or toll free at (866) 595-3175 between the hours of 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday.
- In order to make an appointment please call our office at (919) 742-6032 and request an appointment. We will schedule you as soon as possible.
- If you presently have health insurance, you are expected to bring your current insurance card with you at the time of your visit. If you are not able to bring your insurance card with you, and we cannot verify your insurance with your insurance company, we may need to re-schedule your appointment.
- Please bring a list of all of your current medications with you to your clinic appointment.
- If lab work is performed during your visit to our clinic you will receive a separate bill from UNC McLendon Labs.
- Please read our "Insurance Plans and Financial Policies" page on this Web site for important information about our Financial Policies.
