Monday                       8:30am to 7:00pm.

Tuesday-Friday           8:30am to 5:00pm.

Saturday                     9:00am to 12:00pm.

If a serious emergency occurs do not delay! Call 911 or proceed to the nearest Emergency Room.

We understand that people get sick at inconvenient times, and emergencies do occur, and we will make every effort to see you the same day for any acute illness. We do prefer that you call first to see that we have the availability.

If you need to speak with a provider about an urgent issue after regular office hours, pleae call the Chatham Hospital Operator at 919-663-2113 and identify yourself as a Chatham Primary Care patient and ask to have the Chatham Primary Care on-call physician contact you.  If you have not heard from the on-call physician in 15 to 20 minutes, please call the Chatham Hospital Operator to repage the on-call physician.
