Prescription Refill
Please call or visit your pharmacy first. They will fax us the request for your prescriptions.
If you are unable to contact your pharmacy first, please call our office at (919) 806-3335 and leave a message with your provider's nurse.
Please leave us the following information:
- Your name and the proper spelling of your child's first and last name
- Your child's date of birth
- The name and proper spelling of the medication your child is taking
Pleae allow 1-2 business days to process your refill request. Please call your pharmacy to see if they've received your refill. If the pharmacy has not received the refill request after 2 business days, please call our office to let us know.
Nurse Advice
Please call us at (919) 806-3335 and ask for the triage nurse line.
If you are unable to speak with someone from our nursing staff, please leave us a message. We will contact you either on the same business day or by the very next business day depending upon the urgency of the medical question.
If you are leaving a message please leave us the following information:
- Your name and the proper spelling of your child's first and last name
- Your child's date of birth
- A brief description of your child's medical question
