Financial Policies:
Patients with health insurance are expected to bring their current insurance card at the time of the visit. If you are not able to bring your insurance card with you, and we cannot verify your insurance with your insurance company, we may need to re-schedule your appointment or have you pay $70 at least until we can verify your coverage. Please remember you are ultimately responsible for your bill.
It is our policy to collect any co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance amounts, and any outstanding balances at the time of service.
If lab work is performed for you during your visit to our clinic you will receive a separate bill from UNC McLendon Labs. Please keep your insurance and contact information updated separately with UNC McClendon Labs at 919-966-1234 or 888-595-3175 to your insurance that your laboratory bills are handled correctly.
