Employee Recreation & Wellness Refund Policy

RATIONALE: Registration for Employee Recreation & Wellness activities requires administrative time and supplies to process. When a program refund occurs, additional time and supplies are expended. Therefore, Employee Recreation & Wellness has established a handling charge to cover associated costs.

  1. In the event that a program is CANCELLED, RESCHEDULED, OR CHANGED by Employee Recreation & Wellness, a total refund will be made to the participants.
  2. For a participant-requested refund, a handling charge of 20% of the program fee will be deducted from all refunds (not to exceed $15.00). In addition to the handling charge, a prorated, per class deduction will be made if notification of withdrawal is made after the first class.
  3. Where advance financial commitments have been made by Employee Recreation & Wellness for trips, no refund will be issued unless the position reserved can be filled.
  4. For any program or special event, where the fee is less than $3.00, no refund will be issued.
  5. For any discount ticket purchased through Employee Recreation & Wellness, no refund will be issued! ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
