North Carolina National College Savings Program 

This program offers important options you could use to make real gains in savings toward a college education. These savings can be used for yourself, your child, a relative, friend, or someone else you care about.

To enroll, please review these instructions. Any enrollment questions should be referred to the National College Savings Program at 1-800-600-3453.

If you are already enrolled and need to change your current deduction, please go to www.CFNC.org/Savings, then to the Forms section, and follow the posted instructions.

All forms should be submitted directly to the College Foundation of North Carolina.
